सुरक्षित स्थान की तलाश में अपने ही देश से पलायन करने के लिए एयरपोर्ट के बाहर हज़ारों महिलाएं, बच्चे और बुजुर्गों की भीड़ लगी है। कई दिन और रात से भूखे प्यासे वहीं डटे हैं, इस उम्मीद में कि किसी विमान में सवार हो कर अपना और अपने परिवार का भविष्य सुरक्षित करने में कामयाब हो जाएंगे। बाहर तालिबान है, भीतर नाटो की फौजें। हर बीतती घड़ी के साथ उनकी उम्मीद की डोर टूटती जा रही है। ऐसे में महिलाएं अपने छोटे-छोटे बच्चों की जिंदगी को सुरक्षित करने के लिए उन्हें नाटो फ़ौज के सैनिकों के पास फेंक रही हैं। इस दौरान कई बच्चे कंटीली तारों पर गिरकर घायल हो जाते हैं।
इस प्रकार की खबरें और वीडियो सामने आते हैं, जिसमें अफगानिस्तान में छोटी-छोटी बच्चियों को तालिबान घरों से उठाकर ले जा रहा है।
अमरीकी विमान टेक ऑफ के लिए आगे बढ़ रहा है और लोगों का हुजूम रनवे पर विमान के साथ- साथ दौड़ रहा है। अपने देश को छोड़कर सुरक्षित स्थान पर जाने के लिए कुछ लोग विमान के टायरों के ऊपर बनी जगह पर सवार हो जाते हैं। विमान के ऊंचाई पर पहुंचते ही इनका संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है और आसमान से गिरकर इनकी मौत हो जाती है। इनके शव मकानों की छत पर मिलते हैं।
एक जर्मन पत्रकार की खोज में तालिबान घर-घर की तलाशी ले रहा है, जब वो पत्रकार नहीं मिलता तो उसके एक रिश्तेदार की हत्या कर देता है और दूसरे को घायल कर देता है।
ऐसे न जाने कितने हृदयविदारक दृश्य पिछले कुछ दिनों में दुनिया के सामने आए। क्या एक ऐसा समाज जो स्वयं को विकसित और सभ्य कहता हो उसमें ऐसी तस्वीरें स्वीकार्य हैं? क्या ऐसी तस्वीरें महिला और बाल कल्याण से लेकर मानवाधिकारों की सुरक्षा के लिए बने तथाकथित अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों के औचित्य पर प्रश्न नहीं लगातीं?
क्या ऐसी तस्वीरें अमरीका और यूके सहित 30 यूरोपीय देशों के नाटो जैसे तथाकथित वैश्विक सैन्य संगठन की शक्ति का मजाक नहीं उड़ातीं?
इसे क्या कहा जाए कि विश्व की महाशक्ति अमेरिका की सेनाएं 20 साल तक अफगानिस्तान में रहती हैं। अफगान सिक्युरिटी फोर्सेज पर तकरीबन 83 बिलियन डॉलर खर्च करती हैं। उन्हें ट्रेनिंग ही नहीं हथियार भी देती हैं और अंत में साढ़े तीन हज़ार सैनिकों वाली अफगान फौज 80 हज़ार तालिबान लड़ाकों के सामने बिना लड़े आत्मसमर्पण कर देती है। वहां के राष्ट्रपति एक दिन पहले तक अपने देश के नागरिकों को भरोसा दिलाते हैं कि वो देश तालिबान के कब्जे में नहीं जाने देंगे और रात को देश छोड़कर भाग जाते हैं।
तालिबान सिर्फ अफगानिस्तान की सत्ता पर ही काबिज़ नहीं होता, बल्कि आधुनिक अमरीकी हथियार, गोला बारूद, हेलीकॉप्टर और लड़ाकू विमानों से लेकर दूसरे सैन्य उपकरण भी तालिबान के कब्जे में आ जाते हैं।
अमरीकी सेनाओं के पूर्ण रूप से अफगानिस्तान छोड़ने से पहले ही यह सब हो जाता है वो भी बिना किसी संघर्ष के। ऐसा नहीं है कि सत्ता संघर्ष की ऐसी घटना पहली बार हुई हो। विश्व का इतिहास सत्ता पलट की घटनाओं से भरा पड़ा है। लेकिन मानव सभ्यता के इतने विकास के बाद भी इस प्रकार की घटनाओं का होना एक बार फिर साबित करता है कि राजनीति कितनी निर्मम और क्रूर होती है।
अफगानिस्तान के भारत का पड़ोसी देश होने से भारत पर भी निश्चित ही इन घटनाओं का प्रभाव होगा। दरअसल, भारत ने भी दोनों देशों के सम्बंध बेहतर करने के उद्देश्य से अफगानिस्तान में काफी निवेश किया है। अनेक प्रोजेक्ट भारत के सहयोग से अफगानिस्तान में चल रहे थे। सड़कों के निर्माण से लेकर डैम, स्कूल, लाइब्रेरी यहां तक कि वहां की संसद बनाने में भी भारत का योगदान है। 2015 में ही भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने संसद भवन का उद्घाटन किया था, जिसके निर्माण में अनुमानतः 90 मिलियन डॉलर का खर्च आया था।
लेकिन आज अफगानिस्तान की सत्ता पर तालिबान काबिज़ है जो एक ऐसा आतंकवादी संगठन है, जिसे पाकिस्तान और चीन का समर्थन हासिल है।
भारत इस चुनौती से निपटने में सैन्य से लेकर कूटनीतिक तौर पर सक्षम है। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में वो अपनी सैन्य शक्ति और कूटनीति का प्रदर्शन सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक और आतंकवाद सहित अनेक अवसरों कर चुका है। लेकिन असली चुनौती तो संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ, संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार परिषद, यूनिसेफ, जैसे वैश्विक संगठनों के सामने उत्पन्न हो गई है जो मानवता की रक्षा करने के नाम पर बनाई गई थीं। लेकिन अफगानिस्तान की घटनाओं ने इनके औचित्य पर ही प्रश्न खड़े कर दिए हैं।
दरअसल, राजनीति अपनी जगह है और मानवता की रक्षा अपनी जगह। क्या यह इतना सरल है कि स्वयं को विश्व की महाशक्ति कहने वाले अमरीका की फौजों के रहते हुए पूरा देश ही उस आतंकवादी संगठन के कब्जे में चला जाता है, जिस देश में आतंकवादी संगठन को खत्म करने के लिए 20 सालों से काम कर रहा हो? अगर हां, तो यह अमेरिका के लिए चेतावनी है और अगर नहीं तो यह राजनीति का सबसे कुत्सित रूप है। एक तरफ़ विश्व की महाशक्तियां अफगानिस्तान में अपने स्वार्थ की राजनीति और कूटनीति कर रही हैं तो दूसरी तरफ ये संगठन जो ऐसी विकट परिस्थितियों में मानवीय मूल्यों एवं संवेदनाओं की रक्षा करने के उद्देश्य से अस्तित्व में आईं थीं वो अफगानिस्तान के इन मौजूदा हालात में निरर्थक प्रतीत हो रही हैं।
पूर्व दर्जा धारी व भाजपा नेता अजेंद्र अजय ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से भेंट कर केदारनाथ विधान सभा की विभिन्न समस्याओं पर चर्चा की ।
भाजपा नेता ने मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात के दौरान राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत केदारनाथ विधान सभा क्षेत्र के सारी- काकोड़ाखाल मोटर मार्ग से इशाला तक सड़क निर्माण के आंगणन को वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया। उन्होंने चोपड़ा – कुरझण – गड़ीधार मोटर मार्ग के कुरझण से गड़ीधार तक चौड़ीकरण की जरूरत पर जोर दिया। इसके साथ ही चोपड़ा- गड़ीधार – उडमांडा मोटर मार्ग के कलिंकातोक से अनुसूचित जाति बस्ती महड़ तक सड़क निर्माण की मांग भी की।
अजेंद्र ने राजकीय एलोपैथिक चिकित्सालय सतेरा खाल का प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के रूप में उच्चीकरण की मांग भी उठाई और कहा कि यह चिकित्सालय बहुत बड़ी आबादी का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। उन्होंने राजकीय पॉलीटेक्निक चोपता के अधूरे भवन निर्माण का मामला भी मुख्यमंत्री के सामने उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि पॉलीटेक्निक भवन का निर्माण कार्य अधूरा होने के कारण कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने समस्याओं पर उचित कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया।
उत्तराखंड चारधाम देवस्थानम प्रबंधन बोर्ड को लेकर विवाद के निपटारे के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भाजपा के दिग्गज नेता मनोहर कांत ध्यानी की अध्यक्षता में उच्च स्तरीय समिति के गठन की घोषणा की है।
रविवार को राजधानी दून में स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि देवस्थानम बोर्ड को लेकर समय-समय पर चिंता व्यक्त की गयी है। हमारी सरकार तीर्थपुरोहितों के अधिकारों तथा जनभावनाओं का हमेशा ध्यान रखेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के वरिष्ठ नेता मनोहरकांत ध्यानी से इस विषय पर आग्रह किया गया है कि वे देवस्थानम बोर्ड के बारे में सभी वर्गों से राय लेकर एक रिर्पोट प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि देवस्थानम बोर्ड के सम्बन्ध में जन भावनाओं के अनुरूप एक सुविचारित निर्णय लिया जा सके।
उल्लेखनीय है कि चारधाम देवस्थानम बोर्ड के गठन के बाद से ही बद्रीनाथ, केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री आदि मंदिरों के तीर्थ-पुरोहितों समेत स्थानीय हक-हकूकधारियों द्वारा लगातार इसका विरोध किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री की शपथ लेने के कुछ ही दिन बाद पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने देवस्थानम बोर्ड पर सभी पक्षों की राय जानने के लिए एक उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी की घोषणा की थी।
रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने उच्च स्तरीय समिति के अध्यक्ष के रूप में भाजपा के दिग्गज नेता मनोहरकांत ध्यानी को यह जिम्मेदारी सौपने की घोषणा की। ध्यानी स्वयं बद्रीनाथ के तीर्थ-पुरोहित समाज से हैं। वे उत्तराखंड राज्य गठन से पहले अविभाजित उत्तर प्रदेश के दौर में श्री बद्रीनाथ- श्री केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति ( अब उत्तराखंड चारधाम देवस्थानम बोर्ड ) के अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं। ध्यानी भाजपा राज्यसभा के सदस्य रहने के अलावा उत्तराखंड भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके हैं।
काफी समय से सक्रिय राजनीति से दूर रह रहे ध्यानी ने शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में मुख्यमंत्री धामी से मुलाकात की थी। माना जा रहा है कि इसी दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने ध्यानी से यह जिम्मेदारी संभालने का आग्रह किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने 75 वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर पुलिस लाईन में आयोजित मुख्य कार्यक्रम में ध्वजारोहण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों, सैन्य और अर्धसैन्य बलों के जवानों को नमन करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड राज्य निर्माण के सभी अमर शहीदों और आंदोलनकारियों को भी श्रद्धापूर्वक नमन किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज हम जिस खुली हवा में सांस ले रहे हैं, वह महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के त्याग एवं बलिदान का प्रतिफल है। इसी त्याग एवं बलिदान के प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करने और देश को एक नये संकल्प के साथ आगे बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने स्वतंत्रता के अमृत महोत्सव का आह्वान किया है। हम सभी 130 करोड़ भारतवासियों को अपना हाथ बढ़ाना होगा, तभी स्वतंत्रता के अमृत महोत्सव का उद्देश्य पूर्ण होगा।
सुंदर लाल बहुगुणा प्रकृति संरक्षण पुरस्कार
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने उद्बोधन में अनेक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं भी कीं। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्व प्रसिद्ध पर्यावरणविद स्वर्गीय सुंदर लाल बहुगुणा जी का प्रकृति और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है। उनकी स्मृति में हम 2 लाख रूपए राशि का ‘‘सुंदर लाल बहुगुणा प्रकृति संरक्षण पुरस्कार’’ प्रारम्भ करने जा रहे हैं।
राज्य भाषा एवं संस्कृति अकादमी की स्थापना
राज्य की स्थानीय संस्कृति और भाषाओं के अध्ययन एवं शोध के लिए राज्य भाषा एवं संस्कृति अकादमी की स्थापना की जाएगी।
प्रदेश के राजकीय स्कूलों के कक्षा 10 और 12 के छात्र-छात्राओं को निशुल्क मोबाईल टैबलेट
ऑनलाईन पढ़ाई को और सुगम बनाने के लिए राज्य के राजकीय स्कूलों के कक्षा 10 और 12 के छात्र-छात्राओं को निशुल्क मोबाईल टैबलेट प्रदान करेंगे। इन मोबाईल टैबों में सभी शिक्षण सामग्री पहले से लोड रहेंगी। यही नही कोरोना की तीसरी लहर से अपने बच्चों को बचाने के लिये हमने यह निर्णय लिया है कि हम बच्चों की इम्यूनिटी बढ़ाने वाले खाद्य सामग्री का वितरण करेंगे।
बड़े शहरों में ट्रैफिक समस्या के निस्तारण के लिए आउटर रिंग रोड़
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हल्द्वानी, देहरादून, हरिद्वार, रूद्रपुर शहरों की ट्रैफिक समस्या के निराकरण के लिए आउटर रिंगरोड का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज, रायपुर को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का स्पोर्ट्स विश्वविद्यालय बनाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना में राज्य के नगरीय क्षेत्रों में बेघर लोगों के लगभग 25 हजार घर बनाएंगे।
पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में वेरिफिकेशन ड्राइव
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश मे पलायन और भूमि की अनाधिकृत खरीद-फरोख्त के सम्बन्ध में जनता द्वारा चिंता प्रकट की जा रही है, इस विषय में हमारी सरकार पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में वेरिफिकेशन ड्राइव शूरू करने जा रही है। इस वेरिफिकेशन के माध्यम से हम ये सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि पहाड़ की संस्कृति एवं सामाजिक परिवेश को सुरक्षित रखा जा सके।
हिम प्रहरी योजना, भू-कानून पर उच्च स्तरीय समिति
पलायन की समस्या की रोकथाम के लिये हम शीघ्र ही उत्तराखण्ड के नौजवानों एवं पूर्व सैनिको की सहायता से केन्द्र सरकार के साथ मिलकर हिम प्रहरी योजना लागू करेंगे। भू-कानून को लेकर जो आशंकायें व्यक्त की गई हैं, उन पर समग्र रूप से विचार के लिए एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन किया जायेगा, जो एक ओर उत्तराखण्ड की भूमि के संरक्षण का ध्यान रखेगी वहीं दूसरी ओर रोजगार एवं निवेश सम्बन्धी विषयों का भी ध्यान रखेगी।
जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए प्रभावी कानून हेतु उच्च स्तरीय समिति
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज सम्पूर्ण विश्व, पर्यावरण और क्लाइमेट चेंज की चुनौती के प्रति अत्यंत संवेदनशील है और जनसंख्या वृद्धि इस समस्या को और अधिक बढा रही है। प्रदेश की जनता भी इसको लेकर विशेष रूप से चिंतित है। हमारी सरकार जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिये एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन कर एक प्रभावी कानून लागू करने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठायेगी।
अल्मोड़ा और पौड़ी को परस्पर रेलमार्ग से जोड़ने की सम्भावना तलाशी जाएगी
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नरेंद्र सिंह नेगी ने हमारी लोक संस्कृति और सामाजिक सरोकारों को अपने गीत-संगीत के माध्यम से देश दुनिया तक पहुंचाने का काम किया है। नरेंद्र सिंह नेगी को पद्म पुरस्कार दिए जाने की संस्तुति कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सांस्कृतिक नगरी अल्मोड़ा और पौड़ी को परस्पर रेलमार्ग से जोड़ने की सम्भावना तलाशी जाएगी।
प्रदेश में युवाओं को रोजगार के लिए राज्य सरकार कृतसंकल्प
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमने युवाओं को रोजगार के सर्वश्रेष्ठ अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की प्रतिज्ञा की है और इस दिशा में मजबूत कदम भी उठाये हैं। विभिन्न विभागों में लगभग 22 से 24 हजार रिक्त पदों और बैकलॉग की रिक्तियों पर भर्ती करने का निर्णय लिया है। सिर्फ सरकारी नौकरी ही नहीं हम युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के लिये भी प्रेरित कर रहे हैं। हमारा मानना है कि हमारे युवा साथी रोजगार मांगने वाले के स्थान पर रोजगार देने वाले बनें। मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना और मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार नैनो उद्यम योजना भी प्रारम्भ की गई है।
अपने पति गिरधारी लाल साहू उर्फ पप्पू गिरधारी के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी होने के बाद उत्तराखंड की महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री रेखा आर्य घिरती नजर आ रही हैं। उत्तराखंड कांग्रेस ने मंत्री के पति के खिलाफ गंभीर धाराओं में दर्ज मुकदमे का हवाला देते हुए उनसे इस्तीफे की मांग की है।
कांग्रेस मुख्यालय में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल ने कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्य और भाजपा पर तीखे वार किए। गोदियाल ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने हत्या के एक मामले में कैबिनेट मंत्री के पति गिरधारी लाल साहू उर्फ पप्पू गिरधारी के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि नैतिकता के आधार पर कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्य को तत्काल अपने पद से इस्तीफ़ा देना चाहिए।
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल
गोदियाल ने भाजपा अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक पर भी निशाना साधा और कहा कि जिस तरह से कैबिनेट मंत्री के पति को बचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है, उससे भाजपा का चाल, चरित्र व चेहरा उजागर हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा की भाजपा अध्यक्ष मामले को 25 साल पुराना बता कर आरोपित को संरक्षण देने का काम कर रहे हैं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि बरेली के जैन दंपती हत्याकांड में 5 अगस्त को स्थानीय अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश की अदालत ने गिरधारी लाल साहू उर्फ पप्पू गिरधारी का गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया था। साथ ही गैर जमानती वारंट जारी होने के बाद कोर्ट में पेश हुए तीन अन्य आरोपियों बजरुद्दीन, नरेश और जगदीश को जेल भेज दिया था।
गिरधारी लाल साहू उर्फ पप्पू गिरधारी
बरेली के सिविल लाइन्स में रहने वाले नरेश जैन और उनकी पत्नी पुष्पा जैन की संपत्ति विवाद के चलते दिसंबर 1990 की रात नृशंस हत्या कर दी गयी थी। दोहरे हत्याकांड की चश्मदीद गवाह मृत दंपति की बेटी प्रगति जैन ने कोतवाली में एफआईआर दर्ज करायी थी। पुलिस जांच में पप्पू गिरधारी समेत कई नाम प्रकाश में आए थे। इस मामले में हत्या, आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचने, संपत्ति हड़पने के लिए कपटपूर्वक झूठे विक्रय पत्रों की कूट रचना समेत कई गंभीर किस्म के आरोपों में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गयी थी।

शुक्रवार को आईएसबीटी स्थित एक होटल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में 24 हजार सरकारी रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया आरम्भ की जायेगी, जबकि 10 लाख से अधिक लोगों को विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार से जोड़ा जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना के दृष्टिगत बेरोजगार युवाओं को भर्ती में एक साल की आयुसीमा में छूट प्रदान की गई है। जबकि एनडीए, सीडीएस, लोकसेवा आयोग की प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले युवाओं को मुख्य परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिये 50 हजार की धनराशि दी जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में औद्योगीकरण में तेजी लाने के लिये उद्योगों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जायेगा। इसके लिये अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार करने के साथ ही यदि आवश्यकता हुई तो नीतियों में भी संशोधन किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में भू-कानून, जनसंख्या कानून, नजूल भूमि से सम्बन्धित विषयों के समाधान के लिये कमेटी का गठन किया जायेगा।
जनता की समस्याओं का समाधान सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनका पूरा ध्यान राज्य के विकास पर है। जिन योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया जायेगा उनके लोकार्पण की व्यवस्था की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पहाड़ की जवानी तथा पानी दोनों राज्य के काम आये इसके लिये प्रभावी ढंग से योजनायें बनाकर उनका क्रियान्वयन किया जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आम जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान हो इसके लिये सभी अधिकारियों को सभी कार्य दिवसों पर पूर्वाहन 10ः00 बजे से 12ः00 बजे तक जन समस्यायें सुनने तथा उनके त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।
जीरो पेंडेंसी के निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में जीरो पेंडेंसी पर ध्यान देते हुए शासन से लेकर जिलों तक सुशासन पर ध्यान दिया जायेगा। जिलों के कार्य जिलों में ही हों तथा जिलों के कार्य अनावश्यक रूप से शासन को सन्दर्भित न किया जाये, इसके सख्त निर्देश दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें प्रदेश के हर क्षेत्र की समस्याओं की जानकारी है। हर उत्तराखण्डी के चेहरे पर मुस्कान लाना उनका उद्देश्य रहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का प्रदेश के प्रति भावनात्मक लगाव है। राज्य की समस्याओं से वे विज्ञ हैं। राज्य के विकास में उनका मार्गदर्शन निरन्तर हमें प्राप्त हो रहा है।
